Just imagine how wonderful it would be to have your own swimming pool where you can relax and have lots of fun with your friends after a long day at work or on the weekends. It’s probably one of the biggest dreams of your life.

First of all, plot out the exact place of your future ’pool-pond.’ The rectangle indicates the area of the future pool, while the white outline is the edges of the pond.

It is very easy to dig out the ground for the pool with an excavator.

Once the area for the pool has been prepared, set up pipes that will circulate water through the filtration system.

Next, dig the area for the pond that is adjacent to the pool. Try to dig it yourself.

Cover the whole area with insulating materials.

First of all, cover the bottom of the pond with felt.

Then lay down a pond liner on top of the felt, and put heavy items on it so that the wind doesn’t blow everything away.

Install the filtration system in the house.

And now it’s time to decorate your swimming pool and pond.

Lay flat flagstones at the bottom of the pool, and use decorative bricks for constructing the walls.

Add some gravel into the pond area, and then fill both the pool and the pond with water.

rom “you’re hired and you’re fired” to “make America great again,” the billionaire businessman, television personality and 2016 Republican nominee has been called just about every name in the book during his bid for the White House in 2016.
First making his mark in the world of business and real estate development, Trump didn’t let his lack of political experience stop him from becoming one of the most polarizing political figures in history.

Following in his father’s footsteps as a real estate developer and business mogul, the 70-year-old Trump has served as Chairman of the Trump Organization since 1971 while also dabbling in the entertainment realm as the longtime host of The Apprentice from 2004 to 2015.

Along the way, he’s built his professional brand with business interests around the world that have contributed to his $4.5 billion net worth, which he’s used to purchase some of the most gorgeous properties for himself.

So, if Trump moves into 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in January 2017, what properties will he leave behind? From his New York City penthouse to his winery, New England estate and beachfront mansions, let’s take a look at the properties that Donald Trump affectionately calls “home.” Plus, we’ll even give you a sneak peek into a few other primetime vacation spots as well as the billionaire’s first mansion! Are you ready? Let’s get started!

It’s not quite the White House, but with eight bedrooms and 8,200 square feet, it still has plenty of space to stretch out after the president’s eight years in office. In late May T&C revealed that the

Obama family is moving to an 8,200-square-foot house they’ll be renting in the exclusive Kalorama neighborhood of Washington, D.C. after they leave the White House.

And now we can give you a tour of the inside, thanks to listing agent Mark McFadden. Scroll down for a peek. The Front Hall

Lulu is a country girl from Argentina who now lives in the states with her young daughter. The single mom had gone back to school, but was not interested in a traditional 9-to-5 job or a lifestyle that requires constant work in order to pay rent.

When it came time for Lulu to move out of her house, she decided to move herself and her daughter into a standard shipping container.

The shipping container, which was used to bring things back and forth from China, turned into Lulu’s bohemian haven.

With no building experience, Lulu spent one month and $4000 installing windows, insulation and a functioning kitchen, which includes a water heater and camping stove.

“When you don’t have money, you just get creative,” Lulu told Fair Companies. After taking multiple trips to the junkyard, Lulu found practically everything she needed to build the home out of recycled materials. Everything from the floorboards to the cabinets is pre-used, but still in great working condition. The mother-daughter duo have a bathtub, toilet, sinks and a makeshift playroom.

The shipping container only offered 160 square feet, and Lulu eventually decided she and her daughter needed more space. So, she built their new bedroom on a used flatbed trailer.

“This was really a choice about how many hours do we have to our life, and how do I want to spend those hours?”

In turn, Lulu is challenging the stereotype of a “normal” mother in an effort to live a simpler life and spend more quality time with her daughter.

Sands Point Residence is a stylish home located in Long Island, New York, USA.This dream home was designed by Narofsky Architecture.
Sands Point Residence by Narofsky Architecture:
“The residence started out as an idea to accommodate 3 generations of the same family. So it took its form, that the private spaces surrounded a great public space, which is the 2 story central living, dining, entry and lounge space, a sort of indoor court yard. With its larges glazed areas this space as others in this home feel very attached to the outdoors. There is great continuity from indoor to outdoor also reinforced by using the same materials inside and out.

The house is slated to receive a LEED for homes Silver as we incorporated many sustainable systems, such as: geothermal heating and cooling ( fossil fuel is only used for cooking); LED lighting; water reclaim; super insulation ( the entire house is foamed); steel frame ( no wood was used); no maintenance materials like the slimtech and zinc; radiant heat throughout.
Other elements in the house are an indoor /outdoor pool area, with retractable doors for use in the warm weather seasons; an indoor squash/multi court; gold simulator/theater room; two kitchens ( one is for cooking indian food and isolate the spice odors); 7 full bedroom suites; billiard room, and family room and a 5 car garage.

The house is mostly clad in a unique material, which is a 3mm (0.12in) porcelain panel. Slimtech, manufactured by Lea Ceramiche in Italy. These panels some as large as 1m x 3m (3.28ft x 9.84ft) are mounted rain screen fashion ( ventilated facade), on vertical insulated furring strips. The entry and the surfaces surrounding the main courtyard are clad in Zinc. All the roofs are green and are all accessible as usable as outdoor terraces

With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and beautiful hardwood flooring situated in Camden, New York, this property is over four thousand square feet of history that’s been on the market since 2010. This Victorian style home was built in:
1880
Featuring a circular tower
Conical roof
And a beautiful roundabout porch

At an unbelievable price, this historical home has people scratching their heads at why it still remains on the market. However, after a mysterious picture was captured by a Google Maps van, people are starting to consider whether paranormal activity is the true cause behind this homes vacancy.

With eleven rooms built in baroque style architecture, representative of Queen Anne, the Queen of Britain from 1702-1707, the uniquely styled home has been vacant since 2010 when its previous owners ‘bought the house several years back, but mysteriously left almost as soon as they bought it, leaving the house in it’s current state today,’ reports Messynessychic.com.

From the outside, this traditional home looks picturesque, like something out of a Jane Austen novel.
Embellished with a beautiful fireplace and intricate mouldings, this Queen Anne style home definitely carries an uneasy sense of gothicism throughout.

A number of potential buyers have described the home as ‘spooky’ while making their way through the 2 and a half story property, and considered the house to look awfully like the haunted house from the film series ‘The Amityville Horror.’

In 2013, Google Maps captured this image that seemed to confirm the ‘hauntedness’ of the vacant home on Church St. If you look closely, you can see three pairs of hand prints pressed onto three of the home's many windows. While people seem to believe that the white hand prints are surely the hands of ghosts, others seem to believe that they are simply halloween stickers--although stickers theory doesn’t explain why the house has had a hard time selling.

At the time the picture was taken by Google, the house had been empty.
With stained glass windows and long wooden staircases that fit the horror genre a little too well, it’s hard to deny the creepiness of the house in addition to Google’s strange images.

The main photo from the real estate listing doesn’t show the hand prints either. Could this house be really haunted?
